Barrette

A barrette is made from metal or plastic and is used to hold the hair in place. They range in all sizes.
The size depends on how much hair has to be secured in place. The clasp in the barrette opens when pressing the two metal pieces on either side together.
I made this one to suit match the dress I tailored. Hope you enjoy the colors. The salwar suit was a royal purple with gold and my choice of colors too. It is such a pleasure to make custom made barrette, for festive occasions. Enjoy the story of this barrette.
