Contrary scales: Broomstick half and half lace scarf

Hello dear ones,
On the piano the contrary scales take my hands in different directions and so is this scarf that I am making, with contrast colors.  Half and half golden sand and spring green is fringed with pretty suede rusty brown..

 

This is a  neck accessory for that added cheer with some unrelated colors!! I have used the broomstick lace stitch alternated with little square windows... Certainly a window to spring...

Broomstick and shimmer yarn

Here's the completed broomstick crochet scarf... The shimmer yarn from Red heart is just so pretty and I enjoyed making this which started as a wait time filler...

Wait times

I started this broomstick crochet scarf last week while waiting in between flights to California. Knot by knot and row by row .. How many such one can make in all of our wait times!!

Have a few more rows to complete. Fresh flowers look so good and refreshing. They inspire me in all of my creations. Maybe I should add some flowers too..
